Global Study Lead - Oncology - Home Based: lead the delivery of oncology studies to time, quality, budget, company standards, and scientific requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a global study leader in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO environment
• Proven experience in driving operational study delivery to time, cost, and quality
• Proven leadership skills, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated experience leading in the matrix environment to deliver projects and develop clinical plans
• Experience of innovative trial design and decentralized trials (DCT) initiatives
