Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Provide technical support and customer service to customers, partner with the Outside Sales team, and learn about products and services to educate customers.

Process customer orders, maintain accurate order information, assist with quotations and customer correspondence, and support warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is considered an asset
• Previous customer service, retail, warehouse, co-op, internship, or sales experience is an asset but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable learning and using new technology, software, and computer applications
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions as required
