Production Supervisor, 2nd shift

Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP Group) is hiring a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift at our Buchanan location. The Production Supervisor will support plant operations by coordinating material movements and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing
• Experience training and developing teams in diverse manufacturing setting
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP
• Proficiency with production management software and other tools
• Knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulatory requirements associated with manufacturing
• Bilingual preferred; Spanish and English
• Exhibit a strong problem-solving and continuous improvement aptitude
• Ability to use various math calculations to validate materials required, products produced and inventory quantities
• Effective communicator able to motivate employees through actions and proven leadership
• Effective conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage interpersonal dynamics in a production setting
