Shipping Clerk

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for the entire shipping process at ICP Industrial, including scheduling LTL & TL pickups, customer appointments, dispatch paperwork, and real-time communication with production, scheduling, and customer service. This position requires good computer skills, strong problem-solving, and a high level of organization.

Requirements

• Sort outbound freight.
• Palletize and shrink wrap freight.
• Adhere address labels to freight.
• Attach SDS to freight.
• Verify Bill of Lading and Packing slip has correct product information.
• Schedule carriers to pick up.
• Confirm appointments at destinations.
• Notify supervisor of any product/label discrepancies.
• Communicate, coordinate and work with appropriate department heads.
• Ability to communicate with others on a timely basis.
• Received material in Syspro.
• Services and non-stock materials receiving in Syspro (MROs)
• Dispatching, shipping of small UPS packages, and computer work
