Fred Young Fellowship

The Fred Young Fellowship is a 12-week paid fellowship program at a Hearst Television station. As a producer, you'll play an important role in finding and capturing impactful stories and learn from senior leaders. After completing the program, you'll be offered a full-time newscast producing position at one of our stations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in and ability to produce news
• Excellent writing skills and editorial judgement
• Strong academic record
• Two recommendations from faculty or internship supervisors
• Completing senior year of college or graduate school and graduating in May 2025
