Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in publishing, agency, or in-house brand environments
- Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and what drives performance
- Experience developing and executing client-facing video campaigns
- Confidence directing talent, including influencers, creators, and crew
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A hands-on creative mindset—you can both concept and execute
