Job Description
IDEA is seeking a 6th-8th Special Education RISE Co-Teacher applicant pool to help students with cognitive and/or developmental disabilities achieve academic success and transition to adulthood. The role focuses on providing instruction and support in a general education setting using a functional curriculum. Candidates should possess at least 48 college hours and a commitment to educational transformation.
Requirements
- At least 48 college hours
- Willingness to pursue a Special Education teaching certification (preferred)
- Ability to assist students with disabilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
