Physical Education Teacher Applicant Pool - IDEA Jacksonville Region (Immediate Opening)

IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Physical Education Teacher to instruct students in Academy Grades {PreK-5} and/or College Preparatory Grades {6-12} in all physical education aspects. The physical education program strives to develop students' personal fitness and skill-related abilities. The program reinforces students' understanding and application of fitness concepts and motor skills through a variety of movement forms and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
• Some experience in a classroom setting or with children in a similarly large group or team setting
• Holding or willing to pursue a Florida educator certification
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adjust and adapt to a multitude of situations in the school environment
