Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Technician – Robotics & Automation to join our Deployment team. As a key link between our technology and real-world operations, you will ensure our robots are safely installed, connected, and ready to perform. You will travel to customer facilities to install, configure, and commission idealworks robots, fleet management, and IoT devices.
Requirements
- Strong interest in computers, robotics, and electrical systems.
- Basic experience with low-voltage electrical work, wiring, or sensors.
- Hands-on knowledge of network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, switches).
- Confident using Linux systems and command-line tools.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting skills and organization skills.
- Customer facing skills to present complex processes of logistics automation in an understandable way.
- Fluent in English (B2,C1,C2) and also in German (C1,C2).
- Class B driver's license valid in Germany and willingness to travel 80–100% of the time.
