Flutter Lead

We are looking for a Senior, Hands-on Engineer to lead our Mobile Team, taking full technical ownership of our mobile platform and working alongside senior mobile engineers to scale app stability, reliability, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Mobile Engineering
• 2+ years leading architectures, release environments, or anchoring technical decisions
• Deep Flutter Experience
• Pipeline Competency
• Backend Mindset (Node.js preferred)
• Process Leadership Focus
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Time Zone Alignment
