Requirements
- Directing, developing, and implementing all Environmental and Health and Safety related compliance programs
- Executing the company’s EHS policy at a local Level
- Reducing incidents and accidents by developing and implementing a proactive, sound Health and Safety management system
- Organizing, developing and leading the workplace Health and Safety committee
- Conducting routine risk assessments across all areas of the business
- Ensuring a safe working environment for IDEMIA employees, visitors and contractors
- Maintaining, improving and promoting recycling activities
- Exceeding minimum standards as defined through IDEMIA CSR program
- Partnersing with third parties to perform specialist audits and risk assessments
