Job Description
As a Field Support Representative, you will work closely with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain customer accounts through education and customer-centric solutions. You will install and train staff on IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems and assist with critical customer need visits. 75% travel is required.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience
- Training and/or leadership background strongly preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration with customers, management, and peers
- Ability to build strong customer and peer partnerships
- Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
- Effective listening skills to discover customer needs
- Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones
- Computer networking experience is a plus!
- Valid Driver's License required
