Veterinary Technicians and Practice Managers working as a Field Support Representative will work collaboratively with an internal team to develop strategies and maintain customer accounts through education and other customer-centric solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary practice or similar work experience
- Familiarity with IDEXX products
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Residency in the Valparaiso, IN area
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Planning and prioritization skills
- Effective listening skills
- Comfort learning and using technology
