IT Director, Enterprise IT, AI Technical Product Management

The IT Director for AI Technical Product Management leads the delivery and scale-out of IDEXX’s Enterprise Knowledge Worker AI Strategy, embedding Assistive AI tools and services into the daily work of employees across corporate, technical and operational functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles, with at least 3 years focused on AIML, enterprise software, automation platforms or internal productivity tools
• Direct experience managing and scaling enterprise AI platforms
• Expertise in Assistive Generative AI, Retrieval AI, and related technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong experience translating business needs into technical requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and executing agile methodologies in regulated or high-stakes enterprise settings
