As a Support Consultant at IDEXX, you’ll use your customer service skills to develop deep relationships with customers and offer solutions to meet their unique needs. You will instruct on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers, coordinate equipment installations, and troubleshoot technical problems.
Requirements
- Fluent in French, English and another European language (Spanish, Italian)
- Proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service
- Ability to learn quickly and apply skills and abilities to a variety of customer interactions
- Experience in a technically related field, veterinary practice, laboratory setting, and/or contact center environment is helpful. Networking and/or software support is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline or scientific discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
