Job Description
The Operations Manager is a leadership role responsible for the full scope of people operations and organizational effectiveness across IDinsight's SEA office, overseeing a team of 2, and serving as a trusted partner to regional and global leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in operations, HR, or people management, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong command of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor law, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements
- Experience supporting financial compliance, budgeting, and government procurement processes
- Strong project and people management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously
