Job Description
The Franchise Business Consultant provides consultation services and support to assigned franchisees in the Five Critical Outcome areas of customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management growth, and staff development.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years as a consultant for franchise system OR ten (10) years as a successful business owner
- English language fluency required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
