Requirements

• Wide experience/experience in Product Design
• Ability to lead and facilitate dynamics with stakeholders and users
• Ability to explore possibilities during the design process using different techniques and tools
• Advanced experience in product discovery and delivery cycles
• Ability to identify relevant and viable strategic opportunities for the product
• Ability to interpret complex problems in a phased manner to leverage the impact of Design on product vision and deliveries
• Clear and objective communication
• Ability to navigate complex themes within and outside your context
• Question, discuss, and resolve problems
• Defend and collaborate with good design practices within and outside the team
• Be open and willing to changes in context
• Be open to learning new tools
• Have a hunger to evolve your knowledge
