Role Overview

Join IG's Crypto product engineering team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, responsible for delivering complex technical solutions and driving technical excellence. The team maintains elite engineering standards through cloud-native AWS architecture and a culture of end-to-end ownership.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end delivery of technically complex features, lead the implementation of architectural designs, and mentor team members. Proactively discover new technologies and engineering practices to benefit the team.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Java
• Battle-tested experience building and operating high-performance, mission-critical systems
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop other engineers
• Solid backend architecture chops
• Strong English-language communication skills
• A keen interest in ongoing learning
• Familiarity with financial services or trading platforms (desirable)
