Senior Regulatory Counsel

Participate in regulatory proceedings to advocate for policies that promote fair and competitive deregulated energy markets and renewable energy. Represent IGS in proceedings before public utilities commissions and maintain compliance with rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong legal knowledge and expertise in energy, regulatory, and/or compliance
• Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; investigative mindset
• Litigation skills
• General understanding of the businesses and the industries they support
• Adaptable, with the ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
