Senior Java Developer

A Senior Java Developer is required to design, develop, and optimize backend systems, lead a small dev team, and collaborate with other team members to deliver high-efficiency, high-quality features. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Java development, excellent knowledge of Java, Spring framework, cache, database, RESTful, and other commonly used frameworks, as well as strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java development
• Excellent knowledge of Java programming language, development environment, and libraries
• Proficient in using common data structures and algorithms
• Excellent knowledge of Spring framework, cache, DB, RESTful, and other commonly used frameworks
• Experience with Git, Kubernetes, Helm, and other development and cloud tools
• Experience with optimizing, refactoring, and debugging back-end services
• Experience in leading the design and development of large-scale, high-concurrency backend systems
• Excellent written and communication skills in English
• Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively in a collaborative work environment
• Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
