The Director Corporate Security, EMEA role supports the design and delivery of physical security and resilience programs across the Coherent's EMEA footprint, leading risk-based decision-making, and reinforcing an environment of trust.

Requirements

• Act as the regional subject matter expert for physical security, resilience, and crisis management across EMEA.
• Lead and continuously improve a risk-based security program covering manufacturing sites, offices, laboratories, and R&D facilities.
• Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement effective mitigation strategies to protect people, assets, and operations.
• Deliver security awareness and resilience training to strengthen organisational preparedness.
• Manage security service providers and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, law enforcement, and external partners.
• Support the development and implementation of global security frameworks, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic security projects.
