Join our R&D team as a Laser Development Engineer, working on the design, development and optimisation of advanced ultrafast and CW laser systems.

Requirements

• Conduct feasibility studies for ultrashort‐pulse laser designs
• Build, test and qualify prototype laser systems
• Troubleshoot and optimise laser performance
• Produce clear technical reports and presentations
• Support manufacturing teams with technical expertise
• Contribute to system‐level laser design within a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with local and global laser specialists
• Define specifications and source components
