We are seeking a Senior Counsel Defense Contracts to provide legal counsel on U.S. government contracting matters, including compliance with FAR, DFARS, and related agency supplements. The successful candidate will advise on DoD and federal agency contracts, provide legal guidance on CMMC requirements, and support proposal development and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• BA or BS in business or related field preferred
• Juris Doctorate
• 7-10 years legal experience
• Experience working in a public company in the defense or related sector preferred
