Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer responsible for studying and recommending measures to improve manufacturing cost and efficiency, establishing equipment and headcount capacity, and ensuring compliance to Safety, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalents
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Industrial engineering
• Leadership capabilities to manage a virtual team
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems
• AutoCAD knowledge
• Analytical skills and ability to interact at all levels
• MTM, MOST, or other work measurement methods
• Cost consciousness
