Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Develops, implements, and maintains methods for the manufacture of fiber laser and laser related products, including optical and laser alignment procedures. Leads technical improvement projects and provides technical leadership to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in photonic/electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in photonics devices or system-related field
• Skilled in laser system, optics, photonics components
• Basic programming (LabView/Mathlab) skill
• Electronic knowledge in Printed Circuit Board Assembly, software programming and application
• Good interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and a good team player
• Excellent structured problem-solving skills
