Senior Process Engineer

This position is responsible for designated manufacturing process and documentation, methods analysis/improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, and maintenance of manufacturing information and Statistical process control systems, providing analytical troubleshooting, and leading projects designed to improve efficiencies, assure quality and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Technical Support & Problem Solving (40%): Provide on-site technical support to ensure product and process quality requirements are met.
• SOP Maintenance, Training & Audit (10%): Develop and update technical SOPs and work instructions.
• Cost Reduction & Yield Improvement (30%): Continuously improve process capability and efficiency to reduce production costs.
• New Technology Development (15%): Support engineers in executing technical experiments and development projects.
• Other Tasks (5%): Perform other duties assigned by engineering supervisors.
