Raw Material Operator

IKO Industries Ltd. is a market leader in the manufacturing of roofing and building materials. The company is looking for a Raw Material Operator to join its team in Chester, SC. The ideal candidate will have prior glass operations experience and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior glass operations experience beneficial but not required
• Three or more years of manufacturing experience
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to provide simple and accurate instructions
• Ability to work at times in a high temperature environment
• Frequent lifting or moving materials up to 10 lbs
• Required to work 12 hour rotating shift schedule including working days and nights and rotating frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, reach, and grasp
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work from heights
