Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor responsible for leading and directing operational activities of a production team in a 12 hr shift, 24 hr/day, 7 day per week, rotating operating schedule. The role involves creating a safe and positive work environment, ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines, and implementing standards to support continuous improvement of product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three (3) years related experience, including supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) strongly preferred
