ANALYST

The role involves processing DTS orders for clients in the DoD, creating vouchers, updating group air bids, and inputting travel information. The analyst will focus on processing DTS orders and vouchers, and assisting with collections and entitlements, as well as contributing to compliance and quality control within the travel process. They will also be responsible for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements

• Process DTS orders and vouchers for Surface, Aviation, Sub, and Professional Training Events.
• Input group air bids into DTS and correct lines of accounting.
• Assist with the collection and preparation of DD 1351-2 & SF-1164 vouchers.
• Input into DTS for traveler pay and entitlements.
• Maintain high motivation and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability in flexibility and willingness to receive training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to work 8+ hours a day, 0800-1600 with weekends/holidays.
