Account Manager

Impact Kids is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and support a large regional account with multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management, client relations, and problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years in account management, client services, operations, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Strong background in account management, client relations, and problem-solving
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
• Highly responsive and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proactive and solutions-driven
• Positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service
