
Job description
Provide customer service and operational support, including taking customer orders, communicating with vendors, and resolving problems. Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer objectives.
Take customer orders, communicate with vendors, resolve problems, manage shipments, and assist drivers and agents. Prepare quotes, follow communication procedures, and analyze data via Excel spreadsheets.
You will be a hard-working, team-oriented individual who thrives under pressure and against deadlines. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate, and have geographical knowledge of the U.S.
