
Job description
Provide customer service and operational support, including taking customer orders, communicating with vendors, and resolving problems. Coordinate freight movement and monitor shipments to ensure on-time performance. Assist employees and carriers in obtaining critical information and build relationships with carriers to ensure successful transportation abilities.
