AppOps Engineer II

Imprivata is seeking an AppOps Engineer II to join its team. The role provides backend production support for the Access Compliance application and owns the resolution of monitoring-generated case work. The AppOps Engineer II troubleshoots, debugs, and performs root cause analysis on complex application and system issues, providing durable fixes that help maintain customer uptime, reliability, functionality, and performance.

Requirements

• Provide backend production support for the Access Compliance application
• Troubleshoot, debug, and root cause application, database, system, network, authentication, and performance issues
• Maintain and support long-running application service processes
• Partner with DevOps, InfraOps, Engineering, and Customer Support to resolve production issues
• Manage and prioritize a case workload
• Perform advanced application troubleshooting, log analysis, event correlation, and root cause analysis
• Create, update, and follow operational processes and knowledge documentation
• Serve as a subject matter expert in at least one applicable work domain
• Provide clear written and verbal communication to coworkers, customers, and cross-functional teams
• Participate in after-hours support coverage on a rotation schedule
