The Kitchen Refacing Technician plays a critical role in delivering a 5-Star customer experience by performing high-quality kitchen cabinet refacing installations in customers' homes.
Requirements
- Perform kitchen cabinet refacing installations including doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, hardware, and related components
- Remove and prepare existing cabinet surfaces for refacing
- Accurately measure, cut, fit, and install materials to ensure proper alignment and finish
- Install hinges, handles, drawer slides, and other hardware per specifications
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean, safe jobsite at all times
- Review job scope and expectations with the customer before and after installation
- Identify and communicate job issues, material shortages, or scope discrepancies to management promptly
- Take clear jobsite photos and upload them to Company Cam (or similar platform) as required
- Complete installations on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Load, transport, and unload materials and tools as needed
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and installation standards
- Always Represent the company professionally (appearance, communication, and conduct)
