Technicien de procédés

We are seeking a Process Technician to optimize manufacturing processes, analyze and adjust operations, and play a key role in performance and quality in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Technical degree in plastics engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in an automotive environment (significant asset)
• Knowledge of scientific molding concepts
• Ability to analyze and solve complex process problems
• Knowledge of 3D design software
• Fluency in French (functional English for documentation reading)
• Good team player skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and excellent analytical skills
