Job Description
Included Health is seeking a Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager to provide holistic behavioral and medical healthcare support to children, adolescents, and their families. The role focuses on supporting members through behavioral health challenges, fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and providing personalized care plans. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Must reside in a compact NLC state
- Active Compact RN license in good standing
- Active California Nursing License
- Willingness to become licensed in multiple states
- Current CCM Certification preferred
- 5+ years Nursing experience
- 2+ years experience working in Behavioral Health Pediatric setting
- Comfortable managing a wide range of pediatric behavioral health conditions
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Technical competence and ability to work across electronic systems
