
Job description
Manage day-to-day responsibilities of a large office with a staff size greater than five people. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, evaluation, scheduling, and supervision of personnel. Manage office operations, including IFOD procedures, Phreesia, and EMR functions.
Answer phones, assist with patient complaints, cover for other staff members, review physician schedules, create daily schedules, order office supplies, and maintain accurate records.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, deal effectively with employees, and train personnel. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures is essential.
