We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design sensibilities with user-centric thinking to craft intuitive digital experiences across omnichannel platforms.
Requirements
- Conduct user research, persona creation, journey mapping, and task flows
- Translate business and clinical requirements into intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes
- Develop information architecture for digital products, portals, and e learning systems
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and device agnostic experiences
- Create visually compelling designs following brand, regulatory, and market specific guidelines
- Develop high fidelity screens for websites, apps, iPads/eDetailers, dashboards, and omnichannel journeys
- Produce iconography, UI kits, design systems, and component libraries
- Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and devices
- Work closely with creative teams, medical/scientific writers, developers, and project managers
- Understand clinical content and translate complex information into simple visual narratives
- Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to campaign level creative thinking
- Support QA by validating UI/UX implementation during development hand offs
