Field Sales Manager - East Central Indiana

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Sales Team. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for profitable premium growth, agency development, and territory performance within East Central Indiana.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of three years insurance sales, underwriting or agency management experience
• Strong knowledge of Commercial and/or Farm Lines products and underwriting fundamentals
• Proven sales planning and territory management experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems, rating platforms and standard business software tools
