
Job description
The Process Development Technology & Innovation Engineer provides technical support to develop innovative process technologies at the manufacturing sites to support safety, quality, production, and cost targets. They are responsible for understanding the process technology and managing multiple projects to drive INEOS performance goals.
Key activities include: leading and supporting multiple projects to improve performance at the Ashtabula Complex, developing and evaluating plant equipment and process changes, and performing complex calculations and applying standards correctly and independently.
You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a minimum of seven to ten years of demonstrated engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, and previous experience executing projects involving multi-disciplinary teams at multiple plant sites.
