Production Technician

Role Overview

The Production Technician works rotating 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays in the plant operations area. This position is a member of the plant Emergency Response Team and subject to call 24 hours/day 7 days/week for emergencies. The role entails working in a safe and efficient manner consistent with the INEOS 20 Principles and the Culture of Prevention.

What You Will Do

Control unit equipment or systems, observe and compile data, record process information, collect samples, troubleshoot and optimize the process, maintain plant integrity, and perform routine and non-routine housekeeping.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Process Technology Degree or Experience in a Chemical Manufacturing plant is preferred
• Must have a history of high job performance
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use electronic devices and software
• Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
