Lead System Engineer

Role Overview

The Clinical SME & Workflow Manager serves as the bridge between clinical practice and IT implementation, driving workflow optimization, imaging informatics adoption, and compliance across radiology, cardiology, and ancillary imaging services.

What You Will Do

Act as clinical subject matter expert (SME) for PACS, RIS, VNA, cardiology, and ancillary imaging systems. Lead workflow analysis, optimization, and validation to align technical solutions with clinical requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging Technology, or related field
• Strong background in radiology, cardiology, and ancillary imaging workflows
• Hands-on expertise with PACS, RIS, VNA, advanced visualization/post-processing tools
• Knowledge of HL7, DICOM, FHIR, IHE standards
• Proven experience in workflow validation, clinical support, and imaging system migrations
• Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, NABH)
