Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

The Sr. Program Manager leads day-to-day contract execution supporting program goals and operations; serves as contractor Key Person and primary interface to Contracting Officer or his/her Representative (CO/COR). Ensures quality, staffing, deliverables, and risk management across business execution, analytics, strategic communications, outreach, and program support.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily operations and performance of all contract staff, ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to standard, develop and implement the Quality Control Plan (QCP), and prepare and submit all required deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, management, public administration, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience successfully managing multiple functional areas and direct reports
• Experience with federal acquisition, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and small business programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certifications highly preferred
• Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) secret clearance (if required)
