The Technical Writer will create documentation to support emergency operations, including user guides, online help, and written materials. The candidate will work with the IT Emergency Operations Center Program Manager to create documentation and interact with business units to understand technical/business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Engineering, MIS, IS, IT or other related field.
- 6+ years advanced skills with Microsoft Office
- 5+ years work experience as a Technical Writer developing technical content
- 4+ years of experience in developing role based end user materials for IT applications/systems
- 2+ years of technical support work experience
