Job Description
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer (Early Career) who is ready to build strong, hands-on expertise in eLearning development. In this role, you’ll work within established frameworks and collaborate closely with Senior Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Architects to create engaging, well-structured learning experiences.
Requirements
- Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or content creation
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning)
- Ability to create structured content and basic storyboards with guidance
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively
- Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI video or animation tools (Synthesia, Vyond, Runway, etc.)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards
- Basic experience with visual design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Instructional design or eLearning certifications
