Implementation Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a partner-focused, organized, and dynamic Implementation Manager to join our growing US team. This person will support the onboarding of new MSP partners across the North America region.

What You Will Do

Manage multiple implementations, host client webinars, deliver group training sessions, troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as an Implementation Manager or similar experience
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Demonstrated experience with technical implementations, preferably involving Microsoft or SaaS products
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
• Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
