
Job description
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll build strong relationships with MSP partners across ANZ, ensuring clients achieve optimal value from our platform. This is a high-impact role where your ability to understand client needs, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities will directly influence our continued success in the region.
Build and nurture relationships with MSP clients, identify upsell and renewal opportunities, collaborate with the Implementation team, and champion the voice of the customer internally.
We're looking for someone with experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
