Job Description
We are seeking an SAP Program Lead - Digital Platforms to lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have experience in leading challenging business transformation programs with a proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs.
Requirements
- Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion
- Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams
- Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks
- Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances
- Ability to lead teams in complex environments
- In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate value based propositions
- Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs
