
Job description
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Application Support Engineer to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise applications built on PHP, JavaScript, JBoss, PL/SQL, and Windows-based platforms.
Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise applications, monitor application health, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, analyze recurring issues, and implement sustainable fixes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application support and incident management, with the ability to work across application, middleware, database, and operating system layers.
